A FEW COMMON QUESTIONS
"If you find the right house, and
it's priced within your range, you should buy it.
There won't be another like it...Buyers and sellers need to understand the simple fact that properly priced and located
homes sell. They always do."

Why should I use a real estate agent?
There are many reasons to use a real estate agent. Selling a home involves much work, and costs are incurred up front, prior to the home being sold. There are many details and disclosures and contract items. An agent acts on the seller's or buyer's behalf with regard to pricing and negotiations. An agent has ability, experience, access and opportunities to promote and sell a property, or to find available properties. We use real estate agents for real estate transactions much in the same way we use any professional (lawyer, doctor, accountant, etc.) for services and expertise in that field.

What is the MLS?
The MLS is the Multiple Listing Service, which provides local real estate professionals with immediate access to properties available. The MLS provides exposure to all agents & brokers in the area, and allows any participating agent/broker to sell properties listed by other participating agents/brokers.

What are the steps in selling our home?
The sale of a property is a complex process. There are many factors involved, and many details, both prior to the sale, and during the escrow period. The first step is choosing your Realtor. We will sit down and outline the process, pricing, expectations, goals, and look at the details involved so that you understand the process
fully as possible.
