Monday, May 17, 2010 -- Spring's here and summer's just around the corner! In the spirit of, this season be sure to visit McCall's iconic Shore Lodge when you're in town. This historic establishment is bringing back the history, memories, and sense of the past to the community, visitors and vacationers.
McCall's downtown Legacy Park renovation complete, and is nothing short of spectacular. Downtown McCall now has 3 lakefront parks, which make up the majority of the lake frontage in downtown. The photo at left shows the "new" Legacy Park looking north from the promenade, just after completion this past fall. The next photo below shows the park by the marina in winter, and the third photo is of Rotary Park which is across the river from Shore Lodge on the lake.

Gary Kucy is now the head chef at Rupert's at the Hotel McCall. Gary is one of the best, if not the best chef in Idaho. The Hotel McCall is a lakeview landmark.
