Thursday, January 12, 2012 -- Winter in McCall! In the spirit of, this season be sure to visit McCall's iconic Shore Lodge when you're in town. This historic establishment keeps bringing back the history, memories, and sense of the past to the community, visitors and vacationers.
Snow levels are low throughout the west this year, but Brundage and Tamarack are open, as is the Little Ski Hill. Locals have been enjoying the backcountry powder daily and the storm windows are expected to open next week. Soon we'll be waist deep in powder!
Winter Carnival is also coming up at the end of the month, every hotel is booked and it's going to be yet again, another great festival with fantastic events, and town will be full.
