McCall, Idaho is a community and a resort town and one of the great benefits is that yearround residents, vacation home owners, and visitors have the opportunity to enjoy great live music yearround.

Tamarack Resort and Brundage Mountain Resort offer live music and summer concert venues during the summer; and in downtown McCall, the Common Ground Cafe, Crusty's Pizza, and Babblefish have live music weekly, depending upon the time of the year. We also have the summer Roseberry Music Festival sponsored by the McCall Folklore Society, and numerous other events downtown McCall, in the parks, by the lake, and at Jug Mountain Ranch.

Recently McCall has seen such musicians as Lyle Lovett, Widespread Panic, Tony Furtado, and Kenny Loggins; and local area musicians like the Shook Twins, Equaleyes, The Yurt Brothers, Buckskin Bible Review and Frame of Mind play on a regular basis. In addition, McCall is home to one of the country's most highly regarded mandolin makers, Lawrence Smart.
