  • realestateofmccall.com, this site, which will feature your home/property as a Featured Home, including a slide show/photo gallery (click here to see a sample slide show) to showcase the property. The slide show is easy to use, requires no special downloads for the viewer, and shows approximately 25 professional photos, highlighting the features of the property. This site is internet marketed through a top web marketing firm to maintain the site’s position in the top searches on all search engines, and is optimized to include specific listing pages in search categories. The site also includes much additional pertinent information and an MLS search engine which allows internet access to all active listings in the MLS.
  • mccallrealestate.com web site. Property is listed on the MLS search and this site is one of the highest ranking real estate sites for the McCall area.
  • Realtor.com Property information and photos will be included in this vast search engine. Realtor.com is the #1 real estate web site in the country.
  • Homes & Land online magazine, which is tied to your print ad.

Professional Photography: High quality photographic images will be taken of your property by a professional photographer to showcase special features, unique characteristics, and to present your property professionally in all marketing and advertising.

Print Marketing & Advertising Includes: Local advertising in the area’s Homes & Land Magazine and guide is significant for attracting visitors to the area, to properties for sale. Your property will be featured in a 1/2 or full page agency quality ad every issue while your property is on the market. Ad is designed to provide the best exposure possible, featuring agency quality design. This magazine is readily available in convenient locations throughout the local area, and at all real estate offices. Your property will be included in McCall Real Estate Company ads in the Star-News. Your property may be advertised in the McCall Magazine and McCall Home magazine.

Brochure: Both in print and via email in PDF format, your property brochure will be emailed with a cover letter to all top agents in the area and to potential buyers and agents outside the area, to make them aware of your properties unique qualities and value. The print version will be mailed to prospects and distributed to agents, as well as copies will be made available as needed at the residence. Included with the brochure will be a detail/fact sheet, maps and any additional information pertinent to the property.

DVD Video: On certain exceptional properties, a video will be created on DVD and mailed to prospective buyers, out of area agents/brokers, and distributed according to the nature of the property, and the target audience.

Agent Exposure Includes:

  • MLS Exposure: One of the most significant aspects of real estate marketing is through all local realtors who search the MLS daily for their potential buyers/clients to find the property types they are looking for. We are MLS members in the mountain area, and Treasure Valley. This means that there are many other realtors trying to sell your property and that your property is receiving exposure directly to these agents and brokers, within the local area, throughout the Treasure Valley/Boise area, and to out of area potential buyers.
  • Caravans: Caravans are a means for acquainting realtors with the property to make them aware of its quality and unique character while we make a presentation highlighting the property features, and educating agents about aspects of the land and/or home.

Performance & Review: Throughout the listing period, the marketing plan effectiveness will be evaluated, along with other factors which may influence the timely sale of the property, and a re-assessment will be made as to the best course of action at that time. This marketing plan will be specifically altered and tailored to your unique property. For instance, certain premier properties may be suitable for advertising/marketing in UNIQUE HOMES Magazine, other publications and specialty websites which might be applicable.
